How Can Irregular Periods With Scanty Menses Be Treated?

Hi. I have polycystic ovary syndrome and I was taking iron and calcium supplements. My periods were normal toll I was taking that. Periods are getting delayed after stopping the supplements. I got mensus yesterday. But flow is very very less.. It s pale red. And it s very scanty. Can you please tell me what should I do..
