How Can Irregular Periods With Thick Discharges And Odor Be Treated?

My last memorable period was feb. I had bleeding since then from taking the day after pills. For 2 mnths I had quite a few of those. I was worried I was preg then one night I went to the restroom and lost some thick gooey something. I bled for maybe 10 hrs stopped and bleeding went off n on for few days. Then nothing. I had the implanon implanted a wk or so after and bled for 4 days b4 that. And was also sent home with antibiotics bc i had a bacterial infection. I get those often. No period for wks after implant till now. And this period has lasted a wk now and is the foulest thing ever. I'm very sensitive but antibiotics always fixes my infections. This bleeding is the worst smell ever and I'm not one to ever smell.
