for Irritable bowels syndrome / celiac disorder, it is essential to maintain a diary of foods you eat and associated symptoms you experience when you eat them and try to avoid foods that make you feel uncomfortable or give the urge to go. avoid Soy and all gluten products and
even most fruits and vegetables are irritable to bowels, therefore need to be aware of your symptoms as u consume them.

I assume your thyroid levels are normal or u need to rule out hyperthyroidism. I need more detailed description of your stools if u r having bulky fatty stools or pale stools to rule out pancreatic or liver disorders in either case u need to take pancreatic enzymes supplements to digest food

I think you got the stool test done for ova, parasites, fecal leukocyte to rule out infection and is there any occult or hidden blood in ur stools Fecal hemaoccult test done?

As you have been suffering with this for a long time over 2 years you might be at risk for malnourishment and other multivitamins and mineral deficiency as also suggested by low Vitamin D

so it is good to take a Bcomplex multivitamin that is gentle on your stomach along with some Vitamin B12 folica acid and iron so you can replenish your energy stores.
overall we need thorough evaluation to help you diagnose and get treated further, for now eating nutrient food that is less irritable along with multivitamin supplements would help.
for VitaminD take calcirol sachets one every two week with glass of water or milk.
hope you feel better soon.
