How Can Irritable Bowel Syndrome Be Treated?

I am an IBS patient. I have consulted with many doctors and according to their advice I got tested endoscopy, colonoscopy, chest, USG (whole abdomen), blood, stool, lipase, sugar, biaspe, etc and I have taken many medicines prescribed by them. But unfortunately there is no impovement. Please advise me.

You have problem of irritable bowel syndrome that can treated by change a diet and lifestyle modifications.

Avoid a fermented food in daily diet.
Avoid gaseous food like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, carbonated drinks etc. ..
Avoid gluten diet also.Drink more water per day.
Do a regular exercise more than 30 minutes.

If you have constipation problem than take a psyllium. Fiber supplements helpful.
Avoid spicy food and too fatty food .
Avoid stress.
Anticholinergic drug helpful.... take under doctor's suggestion .

Consent a physician for further treatment.
