How Can Issues With Blood Circulation And Intermittent Numbness In The Limbs Be Managed?

hi, so ive been having circulation issues for a long time, maybe over a year now. i cant sit certain ways, especially not on the ground. my limbs fall asleep really fast while doing a lot of things. i also cant sleep on my side. i started taking medicine for anxiety called lexapro, but its been making my other problems worse i feel like. right now my feet and hands are tingling and its been going on for a few hours. im not sure what it is and its been scaring me.
