My uncle is suffering from a rare undiagnosed skin disease. After consultation from a local doctor antinuclear Abs test was performed which came out to be reactive . His skin at hand, feet and neck area had thicken and turned black with frequent inching.

it is primarily to evaluate autoimmune disorder like rheumatoid arthritis. generally steroid is recomanded for treatment.rh factor should be tested.
