How Can Itching And Swelling In The Eyes Be Treated?

my bottom eyelashes started itching this morning, when I took my grandson to the movies it started to water a little. when we left the movies it looked like I was crying. it got worse as the day went on. I slept for about 2 hours and when I got up it was running a lot. as I have been up for a couple hours it doesn t hurt too much any more but it is still really puffy and red. what do you thing it is? I have no insurance, how could I get it better?
