Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your query, you have symptoms of itching in the ears which can be caused by ear canal dermatitis, otitis media, stress and sometimes due to increased blood pressure.

I would suggest you consult ENT specialist once for proper examination. A doctor may order a certain test like audiometry and high and low pitched intensity tests to find out the exact cause and can start treatment accordingly.

You should take steam inhalation and avoid excessive hard substance eating. Do Valsalva maneuver by pinching nose and blowing in and out. Avoid touching or pricking ear. You should take antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory medicines to subside infection if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
