How Can Itching In The Penis Be Treated In A 20-year-old?

I ve used Dr. Bronner s Peppermint soap for the past 3-4 months, and my skin is fine except for my penis. It itches every so often and it turns a bit red plus I get dead skin around it. I m 20 and still a virgin by the way. How can I stop it and have my area back to normal?

It can be due to allergy to soap. Contact dermatitis. It can be due to fungal infection. Share a picture for conformation.
