How Can Itching On The Body Due To Mosquito Bite Be Treated?

Hi, I have returned from holiday in Barbados to the UK, where we are 5 hours ahead. I was bitten twice by a mosquito while we were away. On return I slept well for the first night, but since then I have been unable to sleep, at all, for the last three nights. I am also itchy all over, while trying to sleep. I don t feel tired either, but have a headache and black circles under my eyes, so lack of sleep Is taking a toll on me. Any suggestions? Any help is gratefully received.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Based upon your history you are having inadequate sleep which is the cause for your headache and dark circles. I suggest you to have a good sleep alteast for 8 hours continuous sleep which will help you. You can apply tea bags on the eyes when you sleep. For mosquito bite you can apply calamine lotion or mometasone ointment if it is itchy.
