Mango rash and hives - got a mango sap rash on forearm about 10days who. Used baking soda and vinegar to calm the rash but now the rash spread on the same area and I have pimples and hives on my body. Went to a walk-in clinic Yesterday and they game me a prescription of prednisone. Also supposed to use a cream but I opted out as it was $199 for a tube. Now experiencing some itch on the foreskin of my penis. What should I do ?

Hello,

Most probably it will be a fungal infection. As a first line management, you can apply clotrimazole cream for symptomatic relief.

You can also take drugs like pheniramine for itching. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
