How Can Itchy Bumps And Blisters On The Leg Be Treated?

Yes I get this skin eruption on the thigh of my left leg. It starts out as small itchy bumps . It eventually changes into one blister whic usually pops itself or I use a sterilized needle to pop it. I have two right now and don’t know what to do.
