How Can Itchy Bumps On The Body After An Insect Bite Be Treated?

I have three bug bites 1 on my left heal close to my ankle and is now a large bubble. One on my left buttocks very large circle puncture in the center, the other is on right inner ankle bone. All are very itchy. the only bugs observed are tiny and apperar to be fruit flies. What to Do?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having insect bite dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
