How Can Itchy Rashes In The Groin Area Be Treated?

Hie Sir/mam I have been suffering from rashesh its been 10 months now and i haven t feel any relief. In beggining it was less itchey i used some powders,ring guard but it did not work.from past 2 month it is troubling more its is all around my thighs and near thigh joints around penis and on hands also i have been applying doctors prescribed medicines like onabet cream and taking pills too but still no relief i am also uskng antibiotic soap kz while bathing and detol also in water please help me its so disturbing i cant sleep at night it itches all the time now it has grown to hips also.
