How Can Itchy Rashes On The Body Be Treated?

My grandmother is 89 she has been hospitalized 3 times with severe C-diff this time they gave her vancomycin when she was was in the hosp they gave it to her via Iv, when she went to the rehab center they gave it to her orally when she came home medicare would only pay for pill form since she started taking pill form she looks like one great big hive and is itching uncontrollably her dr saw her gave her a rx for something a little stronger then benedryl its not helping, campophenix , sarna cortasone, nothing is stopping the itching and its driving her mad what can I do. she ca not take a bath she had 2 hip replacements

She is having a severe allergic reaction to drug so you can go to hospital for adrenaline and Prednisone shots. Only this can help.
