How Can Itchy Rashes On The Body Be Treated?

I have a history of eczema, psoriasis, allergies and now have lichen planus. I live in a rural community and seeing a specialist requires a 2-3 hrs travel. My primary Dr. has tried several different meds to help alleviate my discomfort but nothing has helped. I have constant itchiness and the rashes are still developing after 13 months. Is there anything else I can do besides corticosteroids?

Hello,

Even though steroids are the main stay of treatment you can try urate based creams for psoriasis and also rule out all allergen with patch testing and then avoid them as much as you can .

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
