How Can Itchy Red Rashes On The Face Be Treated?

i have a facial rash that broke out the Wednesday before thanksgiving. My doc thought it to be sorbric determititis. I was prescribed a cream named Ketoconazole to be applied once daily, then to use Hydrocrtisone symtematically. It helped in the beginning but now the burning itching and redness has come back. The hydro cream makes it worse now. I am beet red and very itchy. Any advice?

Hello dear, thank you for using Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. I think you should use zyrtex or citerisine orally 10 mg tree times daily. Also you can use a Betametazon and gentamicne ointment. Also try not to have contact to allergic substances. Best regards.
