How Can Itchy Spots On The Lower Leg Be Treated?
I have been experiencing a lot of itchy spots on the lower part of my leg. I couldn t stand it any longer and scratch pretty hard. It is pretty red and doesn t seem to be going away. It has been about a month. I have been using cortisone 10. Thank you.

You may be having prurigo simplex. It may be due to some triggers like dust, pollutants, soap or other. Apply mild steroid cream. Take steroid tablet in tapering dose. Take antihistamines like Levocetirizine daily at night. Avoid contact with triggers.
