Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Feeling of tiredness is quite common after an episode of jaundice. Make sure that his bilirubin level came down. Do a repeat liver function test to assess the progress. As of now drink plenty of water and avoid oily foods. Generally symptoms will sunshiny it own with adequate rest and hydration. If bilirubin and enzymes are persistently elevated, better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
