How Can Joint Pain In The Toes And Knees Be Treated?

Hi I have joint pain on bottom of my feet where is toes and on the knees and middle of my back and bad cramps on my foot and when I bend on my stomac and for three weeks I have bad headeck on the bottom back of my head mostly on left side of the head . can you help me? pain killers are not helping me just gobapentin enacarbil 300 mg once every night is helping me for 12 hours.
