General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to high uric acid. Formation of uric acid crystals in joints can give more pain. Decreasing blood levels of uric acid by taking uricosuric drugs allopurinol will be helpful. You can also take NSAIDs like ibuprofen or indomethacin. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
