How Can Joint Pains, Acidity Problems And Stomach Pain Be Treated?

sir, iam 33year old guy.iam having seviour joint pains.Right now iam working in dubai.1 year back i was using diclogesic retard 100mg .when ever pain comes i used to have this capsule.after having this 2 to 3 days there wont be any pain.now iam using etody 90 the problem is iam having acidity problem and stomach pain. so again i tried diclogesic again and there is no relief for the pain now .please help me to find a solution for this.is there any tablet i can have along with etody90,
