Hi, i m facing several skin problem with the keratosis pilaris from the last 8 to 9 years.Its really discomfort and even i ve consulted to doctor and taking medicines like Itracross-100 capsules but its show no improvement and i stop taking...so would you please help me...

As per your case history of keratosis pilaris, my treatment advice is - 1. Use a Chlorhexidine soap like Devlone soap for daily use. 2. Apply a Tretinoin 0.025 %cream once at night on lesions. 3. Take a Vitamin A supplement once daily for 3 months.
