How Can Kidney Stone Be Removed?

I had surgery for kidney stone stuck on my urethra today, but unsuccesful to remove, because of scar tissue. Dr. placed a stem and wants me to have surgery again in 4 -5 weeks. I dont want surgery again what are the odds that I will pass these stone one is 3mm and 5mm on top of each other the bigger one being on top.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Usually 3 to 5 mm stones easily pass from urethra.
But if there are scars and strictures (narrowing) of urethra, stones might stuck and don't pass out.
Stent placement is good alternative.
So drink plenty of fluids orally.
If you are lucky, stone may come out itself.
But if pain is worsening or you develop hematuria (blood in urine) or UTI (Urinary tract infection) or vomiting then better to go for surgery than to wait.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
