How Can Kidney Stones Be Prevented For People Who Had Several Stones Previously?

I have had several kidney stones and one was blocking my left kidney, and the doctor told me the stones were made up of Calcium 20%, Carbonate Apatite 40% and Magnesium Ammonium Phosphate 40%. Could you tell me what I can do to reduce my risk of continuing to get these stones.
