General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since you don’t have any symptoms, surgery is not required. Drink plenty of water and repeat ultrasound after couple of months to assess the size of the stones. If the size is decreasing, then it resolve by it own or may get passed through urine. Consult a urologist in case of pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
