How Can Knee Bruising Be Treated?

Hi, I have a lot of mini bruises, about the size of a pea just above my right knee. There are on the inside and around the back of my leg. I have no idea how they got there. I am a female Mum of 2 young school age children. I am 37. I am overweight, 75kg, 170cm.
