How Can Knee Gap In A Diabetic Be Treated?

Good afternoon Doctor ! my grandmother is suffering from Knee Gap and she is Diabetic patient because of which she could not go under Operation..today we visited Ruby Hall Clinic in Pune...doctors asked her to go under Ayurvedic treatment which will cost around Rs.200000/- but doctors are not giving any guarantee for the same...any suggestions
