How Can Knee Joint With Calf Muscle Pain Be Treated?

Hello,
I am supriya from bangalore.I have severe knee joint pain from past one year.If I walk for few meters or say stand and work, i will get squeezing pain near the calf muscles first , and then severe pain near and around knees, went to a orthopedist last year, took xray, and was told there is less fluid between the joints.was suggested shellcal ct. but no use.i am fed with my life style bcos of this problem
