How Can Knee Numbness And Pain Caused By Trauma Be Treated?

hi, i fell of a 3 foot wall 2 weeks ago and banged my leg, when i initialy did it i thought had torn my leg open due to the pain,it felt like it was on fire and the pain was immence.it welled up for a week and bruised,now it feels numb around the area of the bang but goe up to my knee and the pain is horrific.
