How Can Knee Pain Be Related To Duoluton L And M2-tone?

sir, i am 30 years old few months ago i visited to our doctor coz i have sever pain in my right knee. he had checked my vagina by putting hand inside. and then suggested me to take duoluton L and another tablet m2-tone i dint understand why he offered these medicine and if pain is in knee why he checked my overy. As i had taken another consultation and recovered also but still i am not able to found the reason nor i can ask this question to that doctor and cant discuss to any body please help me and let me know what is the connection between my knee pain and this medicine
