How Can Knee Pain Be Treated?

HI The last few weeks my right knee has been achey. I haven t been in pain. I notice it when I squat or go up stairs. I ve iced it and it seems to fine for a few hours maybe a day and then it s back again. I m trying to avoid going to the doctor if it s something that can be treated at home but I also don t want to wait to long. Ant advice you can give would be appreciated. Thank you

it can be torn ligament. take x-ray and get clinicaly examined by orthopaedic surgeon. apply kneem cap and analgesic ointment can take tab combiflam twice daily after food apply warm phomantation over knee. give rest to the part.
