How Can Knee Pain Caused By A Leg Injury Be Treated?

Serious leg injury? My left leg, just below the inside of my knee, hurts every time I move it. It feels ridiculously heavy every time I lift it up when walking or laying down and it almost feels twisted. Is it just a pulled muscle? It seems to have started when I was stuck in slow stop/start traffic and having to use my clutch a lot when driving.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to injury to internal structures of knee like ligaments or menisci. A physical examination by orthopedician followed by MRI if needed will be helpful to rule out the condition. If there is any serious injury then you may need to go for arthroscopic surgery to correct it.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
