How Can Knee Pain With Swelling And Deformity Be Treated?

I went skiing and came home a week ago it's been nearly two weeks now since I actually twisted my knee but I continued to ski throughout the week and when I got back I thought my knee was getting better but I am just getting more pain I can't sit on my knee bend it too far or put it straight with out pain the most painful time is walking, my knee is very miss shaped and swollen I don't know If you can advise me on what to do or what it sounds like? thank you
