How Can Knees Pain With Soreness Be Treated?

Hi Doc's i'm 24 and have problems with my knees sins i was 5, i get knee pyn alot, some times wen i walk there is a klik like sound coming from my knees and if i walk a lot it pyns and the next day its dam sore, some times i can't ewen stand. so wat can i do
