How Can Labia Majora Abscess With Pain Be Treated?

hello dr good afternoon i am having a prb abscess in my right labia majoria and it is very painful and after taking medicine before 2yrs back it was alright and again i have got abscess this is due to HIV or std pls suggest some medicine for permanent cure i cannot concentrate on my work and my periods starts before 1 week so what should i do for this
