How Can Labia Majora Itching With Lumps Be Treated?

my labia majora is very itchy. it developed a small lumps around it like bite of an ant but small ones. i tried shaving the pubic hair around it coz i thought that causes the itchy feeling.. but know my hair have grown still it is very itchy.. what is this and how can i treat this? thank you
