How Can Labia Majora Swelling With Pus Be Treated Non Surgically?

I'm a 20 year old female that has a swollen labia majora on the right side. I have went to the emergency room before, and they had to cut me on my right labia majora to release the pus buildup. This is the second time that it has happened, and I really DO NOT want to go back to the emergency room, and have to go through that painful process again. So i was wondering if there are any home remedies that i could try to reduce the swelling, because it's awfully difficult to walk, and to sit down..... please help!!!
