How Can Labia Minora Lumps With Pain Be Treated?

i am an unmarried girl....having tiny bumps on labia minora....like cysts..they appear and disappear on there own..previously they used to increase in size premenstrually and then regress as menses started..but now since 3 months there is no relation to menses..they are painful on touching and sitting or moving...usually 1-2 at a time...is there something to worry..what can i do about it..
