How Can Labia Swelling With Itching Skin Be Treated?

Hello I am a 31 year old female. I have had 3 normal pregnancies and deliveries the most recen in Aug of 2010. After breastfeeding was finnished I started to get very itchy on my bikini line and armpits...I have tryed numerious different presgribed creams and nothing seems to work. Just recently (2 days ago) I started to experiance swelling of my labia only on the left side and extreem itchyness. I have also broken out with blisters on the inner part of my leg and thighs. My husband wakes me up in the middle of the night telling me to stop scratching (that's how bad it gets). Durring intercorse there is disconfort and pain aswell. Any ideas what I can do for the itchy skin and swolen labia?
