How Can Labial Blood Blisters Be Treated?

I have a blood blister on the labia. I have had it awhile. I have had others. I am postmenopausal. When I am really tired, it gets bigger, then decreases. Several years ago a doctor told me it was like a varicose vein. I am 56 and do exercise regularly. I have some other spots like this on this region.
