How Can Labial Spots Be Treated?

hi, I'm 34,femail,married and smoker I find out that there are 3 or for tiny tiny spots on the point that labios are connected .there was just one almost 2 month ago. its hard to see them and I felt them while showering. they are not like hsv,hpv ore bumpes. what else they can be? thank u and sorry if my english is not good enough
