How Can Leg Ache And Discomfort With Indentation Be Treated?

for some time I have had discomfort (dull ache) in my lower right leg. Now I have noticed a large dimple like depression on the fleshy part of my leg. Three years ago I had DVT and had two clots; one behind the knee and the other in the lower leg. Is there a connection or what could this dimple mean?
