How Can Leg Bruising With Redness And Pain Be Treated?

I fell and hit my leg on a cable about two weeks ago, brusing it and a few
small scrapes on it. It seemed to be going away and a few days ago the
area turned a bright red and became very painful could you tell me
what I might do for this, or what may have caused it. I have no way to pay on line or any other way
as I do everything cash...
