How Can Legs And Arms Pain With Weakness Be Treated?

Hello, Can someone help me? I recently went to the emergency room. Nothing seemed to be seen except high blood pressure? I left with a prescription for medication to help with it. The inital visit was for weakness and pain in legs/arms.Nothing has changed in over a week. Thank You for your time.
