How Can Legs, Back And Arm Pain With Migraines Be Treated?

I have been having pains in my legs for the past few years and once in a while I get lower back pain.....now along with all of this I have been having pain in my right arm and extreme migraines which I have never had. I have seen a neurologist and found that I have no reflex in my left leg. I am scheduled for an MRI but what do you think????
