How Can Leukoplakia Be Treated?

Hi,I m Maria from Bangladesh.my husband is diognized with well differentiated to moderately differentiated squmous cell carcinoma in the right side of tongue.This happened before in 2010 also.that time we did a surgery and biopsy came out as leukoplakia with moderate displasia.no therapy was given. Now suddenly new condition revealed. what should we do now?we want to go to India for a better treatment.Thanks.
