General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

A combination of Doxylamine 10 mg and Vitamin B6 is increasingly recommended as an alternative treatment for pregnant women.

Both these drugs will certainly help in your nausea if it is not responding to ondansetron.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
