How Can Lip Lesions With Pain And Itching Be Treated?

I have developed slight leisions and pain/itch in the upper lip. Doctor gave me antibiotics for it with no help. It sometimes effects my nose with itchy sensations too. It is only relieved with vigorous rubbing of the nose and lip. I had similar problem of the vaginal area and had surgery for pre cancerous leision at same time frame as above.
