How Can Liver Cirrhosis Be Treated?

hi just home from er. dx engorged splen. n/v yellow x 2d.IU MED DX NASH.HEP C dorment ?non-active? stage 4 cirrhosis w/fibrosis, awaiting clinical trial to tx liver or transplant? 48yrs young on oct 11th. no varices w/120pd loss w/34 lb gain dx CHF. X 2wks, 12 off now w/o parensis. WHAT S NEXT?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

In liver cirrhosis stage 4 liver transplantation can be done to cure disease. If you are having congestive heart failure than you will be at high risk for surgery. Until than beta blocker can be prescribed to reduce portal hypertension. If edema present than diuretic drug like furosemide can be prescribed.Take low salt diet.
